Every year, we hold an open-casting call for singes, songwriters, artists and bands to become one of five residents in our special artist development program.

The Artist Dev initiative is critically important for a thriving musical community in Lincoln. By cultivating talent, elevating potential and encouraging growth, we can continue to grow the landscape of music in our city. The program provides new artists a space with professional support to find their voice, giving every musician a chance to become the best version of themselves.

Together, we are building a much bigger future for artists by setting them up for success and by giving them the tools they need to create space in a crowded industry.
